The Cotswold Cookery School is based in the beautiful village of Ashton Keynes, which is situated on the edge of the Cotswold Water Park and a 10-minute drive from the market town of Cirencester.
The business is run by Sarah, who trained at Leith's School of Food & Wine in London and Mel, a professional nutritionist.
In addition to our cookery classes, we offer event catering and event management around Gloucestershire and Wiltshire for weddings, celebrations, canape parties, shooting lunches, funerals, festivals, business breakfasts and lunches, and provide private dining to the holiday homes situated on and around the Cotswold Water Park.
Food, to us, is health, family, friends and fun. Gathered around a table, we're all about feeding delicious dishes to our kids, best mates, loved ones, partners, colleagues and customers. Our classes are very hands on and we cook using quality, seasonal produce, sourced locally from artisan suppliers wherever possible. The recipes we use aren't complicated and don’t use pages of ingredients. They're tried and tested by our chefs and nutritionist to ensure they’re fail safe and easy to follow.
Budding Chefs - for kids aged 11-16
Spend the morning or afternoon in the kitchen with us preparing a meal for four people - which you'll take home!

We've made this box as easy as possible for dads to throw in oven! Our box for a family for four people contains:
Canapes - membrillo glazed halloumi & teriyaki chicken skewers
Main - Moroccan spiced leg of lamb with Asian ribbon salad & harissa roast potatoes
Pud - Lemon posset with a rhubarb & ginger compote
And for afters - Chocolate truffles
£100 for four people (£15 per person extra)

20th March - Tacos!
Our March hamper box, which we'll be delivering on Saturday March 20th, has two different taco fillings complete with soft tacos, pickled red onions, chilli cream, guacamole and our zingy salsa and pud!
Our taco boxes are available for either two or four people, priced at £60 for four or £30 for two.
There are two different boxes to choose from:
Meat - barbacoa pulled beef & slow roasted pork shoulder
Vegetarian - smoky pulled aubergine & Mexican falafel
And to finish you off...chocolate lime cake with an orange & lime cream.
